1. The machine adopts full servo motor control, automatic constant tension, and center winding method. The main machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to keep the balance operation in acceleration.
2. PLC automatic control, equipped with automatic meter counting, automatic stopping alarm for residual material detection, and automatic stopping for setting meters. The rewinding adopts front and rear double-station A and B air-expansion shaft method, and hydraulic automatic unloading.
