Product Description

Performance and features:
1. The machine adopts Siemens PLC control, with automatic counting, residual material detection alarm stop function, set the number of meters automatic stop function.
2. Equipped with high sensitivity automatic deviation correction function.
3. Equipped with automatic pushing function, the motor will push out the rolled material automatically after stopping and send it to the lower material arm, which can be configured with automatic packing frame structure.
4. Equipped with round knife and straight knife at the same time, film and paper interchangeable slitting function.
5. The main machine is equipped with independent shaftless hydraulic loading, which can bear more than 1500KG.
6. Pneumatic sliding differential shaft 3 inches, 6 inches for option for rewinding.
7. Speed up to 400 meters per minute.
8. Full servo control (one servo for main machine, two servos for rewinding)
9. Equipped with flat knife, round knife each 10 sets, suitable for film and paper slitting
10. Unwinding and the host is equipped with a receiving table, convenient to receive materials
11. The rewinding is equipped with an automatic detection device for roll diameter.
