Performance and Characteristics
1. The machine adopts full servo motor control, automatic constant tension, and central winding method. The host adopts variable frequency speed regulation to maintain balanced operation during acceleration.
2. PLC automatic control, equipped with automatic meter counting, residual material detection, automatic shutdown alarm, set meter number, automatic shutdown and other functions. The winding adopts a front and rear dual station A, B air expansion shaft method, and hydraulic automatic unloading.
3. Equipped with a highly sensitive imported correction system, allowing raw materials with uneven edges to be cut at high speed normally.
4. Adopting a combined round knife cutting method (with optional automatic blade adjustment function for a fee) and a high-pressure fan waste edge automatic removal device.
5. Heavy duty shaftless hydraulic feeding with a load-bearing capacity greater than 3 tons
6. Optional 3-6 inch inflatable shaft for unwinding, 3-inch key strip inflatable shaft for rewinding. If other sizes are required, please contact us for customization details
